This Back on Track Rime Stable Rug has excellent insulating properties reducing the need for excessive rugs during the winter months. Also works great as an under blanket.

Interior lining is made of polypropylene infused with ceramic particles as well as an insulating filling of 160 grams.

Exterior fabric is made of polyester.

Seamless and fitted along the spine in order to achieve close body contact with the interior ceramic lining along the back to ease sore muscles and joints.

How Back on Track's Fabric Works:

Back on Track's joint and muscle support are all made of functional textiles with heat reflective properties. This wonderful material is a synergy of ancient Chinese experience and modern scientific textile technology. During the manufacturing of polyester or polyester fibres, the ceramic particles are fused into the fibres.

When heated, the ceramic particles radiate heat back towards the body and this reflected heat is long-wave heat radiation, which is also known as long wave infrared radiation.

Heat Radiation and Injuries:

It is well established and documented that long wave infrared heat radiation increases the blood circulation. The increased blood circulation in the tissues helps to relieve muscle tension and improves performance. One important issue is injury prevention, when protective wear is used for training and competition.
