This Back on Track Ankle Brace has an adjustable elastic band above the ankle with Velcro attachments at each end and the band is adjustable and removable if necessary.

The adjustable band is especially practical when you have an injury that has caused localised swelling, if the swelling reduces, the adjustable strap allows you to tighten the garment accordingly.

Please note: This ankle brace takes a little extra space in your shoes as it is made of a thicker fabric than the socks and this allows for the ankle brace's supportive function but also means that the edges may be less comfortable than the socks for some users during longer use.

In order to achieve the optimum Back on Track effect it is advisable to use the product over a longer period of time. Please see user instructions for more information.

Back on Track's joint and muscle support are all made of functional textiles with heat reflective properties. This wonderful material is a synergy of ancient Chinese experience and modern scientific textile technology. During the manufacturing of polyester or polyester fibres, the ceramic particles are fused into the fibres.

It is well established and documented that long wave infrared heat radiation increases the blood circulation. The increased blood circulation in the tissues helps to relieve muscle tension and improves performance.

Machine washable at 30°C on gentle cycle, regular detergent without bleach or fabric softener. Air dry, do NOT tumble dry.
