Your horse's well being is our absolute priority and we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase and your horse is comfortable.

Becky has recently qualified as a Society of Master Saddlers Saddle Fitter . She has been mentored for the past five years by Annette Gavin of Hastilow Competition Saddles USA who is an overseas qualified saddle fitter with the SMS.

During those past five years of fitting saddles she has experienced dealing with difficult horse shapes, remedial saddle balancing and adjustments. No horse or riders are the same so every saddle fitting is an individual process that takes time to bring the right combination together.

All riders from novice to advanced, from all disciplines, fits and budgets can be catered for. A custom templating service is also available, at no extra cost to ensure the best possible fit for you and your horse.

Your current saddle(s) will be checked and will be re-fitted wherever possible. If the saddle cannot be adjusted sufficiently to make it fit then Becky will explain what the issues are and offer you alternatives to consider.

Book a fitting with Heartland Saddlery today and you will receive:

• Two hour consultation with an experienced saddle fitter.
• Custom tracing and measurements of your horse's back are taken so we can follow your horse's growth and weight patterns.
• Photographs are taken for a more accurate fitting and allows our Master Saddlers to see the horse, thus achieving a more precise fitting saddle.
• Thorough hands on assessment of your horse to locate any pressure or sore points.
• Introduction to the vast selection of brands and sizes of saddles available.
• All of our saddle's can be taken on trial for a seven day trial period.
• A new saddle needs time to settle into place - a readjustment is often needed. After three months we will arrange a follow-up visit to ensure all is well.

$50 per hour plus travel cost depending on your location.

If you would like to book an appointment with Becky, we require a $50 deposit to secure it.
