Consignment for quality English saddles, strap goods, bits and clothing.

Heartland Saddlery only accepts and sells items that are clean, safe and in good condition.

We accept and sell used dressage, jumping, all purpose, pony, endurance and polo saddles. 

 Saddles will be thoroughly safety checked by our saddle fitter for possible defects in the leatherwork or fractures to the tree that would make it unfit for resale. If we find any defects that need to be repaired prior to offering your saddle for resale we will contact you with the cost of the repair. You can either choose to have us make the repair or you can choose not to consign with Heartland Saddlery.

If your saddle is found to be unfit for resale you have 14 days from the time we notified you of the problem to collect your item(s) before being discarded.

Please Note: Due to safety concerns we do not accept saddles with cotton girth webbing or riding helmets.

• Saddles must be clean before we will accept it for consignment. We offer a cleaning service of $35.00 per hour.
• Bits must be thoroughly cleaned, we sanitize all bits before resale.
• Clothing must be laundered with no rips or tears, minimal stains are accepted.
  

All consignment items are left at owners risk.

All items are sold 'As Is' with no warranty offered. 

Heartland Saddlery will not be held responsible for theft, accidental damage or loss due to fire.

Our consignment fee payable to Heartland Saddlery is:

15% / 20% of the sale on saddles.

Any item(s) not sold after (3) three months will be marked down 20%.

Any item(s) not sold after (5) five months will be marked down 50% for 30 days.

Any item(s) not sold after (6) six months must be collected before the Donation Date below, or will either be discarded or donated to a local charity, organization or business at the discretion of Heartland Saddlery.

We will contact you regarding the pick up of your saddle as this date approaches.

We allow 14 days from donation date for you to pick up your saddle if you would rather keep it.
